Orders are processed and shipped Sunday through Friday. Please allow up to two weeks for orders to be processed. If your order is urgent, please email me at email@example.com or WhatsApp me through the website and I will try my best to accommodate your request. If you have ordered an item that is delayed, I will notify you via email or telephone. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
As an Artist, running a small business, I cannot allow returns of artworks. In case of unusual situation please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of the delivery date. You will have to bear the cost of returning the artwork. After my approval, the artwork must be shipped back in original condition in its original package.
Private or special commissions are excluded from those terms.
In case of returning artwork to me, your account will be credited in full – less shipping charges and applicable credit card fees. If I feel, for any reason, that the request is not reasonable–if the item is damaged or has been used improperly–I will not accept the return.
There is a growing trend where consumers shopping at massive online retailers buy many items and then decide which to keep and “return the rest”. I get it. That’s appealing. I am a small business, but any time someone does this it puts a tiny little strain on my business because I am very careful with my production quantities. Inventory can kill an art studio like mine, and I want to be around for a very long time. All of this said, while I honor our return policy, I ask you to simply think about it. Because if everyone did this, I would not have a business. That is all. Thank you.
